1. Relationship to Client Service Agreements
This Site provides informational resources regarding our personalized, human-curated matchmaking and introduction services and allows prospective clients to request consultations. Accessing or submitting an inquiry through this Site does not constitute a binding agreement by Duet Concierge to provide matchmaking services.
Formal matchmaking services, fees, scope of service, refund terms, and client obligations are governed exclusively by a separate, legally binding Matchmaker Service Agreement executed between you and Duet Concierge Limited via electronic signature (e.g., DocuSign). In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms and an executed Matchmaker Service Agreement, the terms of the executed Matchmaker Service Agreement shall control.
2. Eligibility & Mandatory Duet App Account Requirement
By using this Site or submitting an inquiry form, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- You are currently single and legally free to pursue personal relationships; and
- All information you submit to us is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
Mandatory Duet App Account: Receiving matchmaking services through Duet Concierge Limited requires that you register and maintain an active user account on the Duet mobile application (“Duet App”), operated by our corporate affiliate, Wink Tech Limited. Because our client relationship management infrastructure and platform authentication systems are integrated with the Duet App backend, your Duet App account serves as the underlying technical platform for identity verification, profile presentation, and communication integration. Use of the Duet App is subject to Wink Tech Limited’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3. Communication Consent & TCPA Disclosure
By providing your phone number and email address through our website intake forms, you expressly consent to receive service-related communications, appointment updates, consultation scheduling, and promotional messages from Duet Concierge Limited via email, telephone calls, SMS/text messages, and messaging platforms.
- Automated Technology: Where applicable, you consent to receiving communications using automated dialing systems or pre-recorded messages in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
- Marketing Opt-Out: Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” or opt out of promotional emails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link.

- Attempt to bypass, breach, or compromise the security features or infrastructure of the Site; or

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Duet Concierge Limited, its affiliates (including Wink Tech Limited), and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed $100 USD.
8. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
- Good-Faith Resolution: Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall first be submitted to Duet Concierge Limited for informal resolution by contacting support@duetconcierge.com.
- Binding Arbitration: If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
- Class Action Waiver: You and Duet Concierge Limited agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.
