Because our client management infrastructure is integrated with the Duet mobile application backend, matchmaking clients are required to maintain an active user account on the Duet mobile app (operated by Wink Tech Limited). When you create or link your app account, basic account identifiers, registration data, profile images, phone numbers, and account verification status are shared between Wink Tech Limited and Duet Concierge Limited to populate and synchronize your matchmaking profile.
Information Provided Directly by You
- Inquiry & Contact Details: Name, email address, phone number, physical location, age, gender identity, and initial match preferences provided via website intake forms or sales consultation calls.
- Sensitive Matchmaking Data: Salary and income brackets, net worth indicators, career history, relationship history, deep personal preferences, religious/lifestyle practices, dealbreakers, matchmaker consultation notes, and audio/video recordings of interview calls.
Background Screening Information
Where permitted by law and subject to your standalone written authorization under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), identity verification and criminal background check data obtained through accredited third-party consumer reporting agencies.

Access is controlled through strict Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC). Wink Tech Limited is contractually prohibited from using Duet Concierge’s enriched intake data (e.g., salaries, background checks, matchmaker notes) for its general app algorithms or independent commercial purposes.
- Background Check Vendors: With your explicit, standalone written consent, relevant identification details are provided to accredited screening providers to perform identity and safety verification.
- Service Providers: Trusted service providers assisting with web hosting, IT security, video conferencing, electronic signatures (e.g., DocuSign), and communications, operating under strict written confidentiality and data protection terms.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental regulation to protect legal rights or physical safety.
4. Data Isolation and Security Guarantees
We implement physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect high-sensitivity client data.
Strict Isolation Guarantee: Enhanced financial data, private preferences, and matchmaker consultation notes collected exclusively for Duet Concierge services remain logically isolated within Duet Concierge management systems and will never be posted, displayed, or made searchable on the general public feed of the Duet mobile dating app.
Offboarding & Account Status: If your matchmaking subscription ends or is canceled, your standard Duet App account operated by Wink Tech Limited will remain active as a standard user account unless you choose to delete your account via app settings or by contacting privacy support.

Under comprehensive U.S. state privacy laws (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, and other applicable state frameworks), residents may exercise the following consumer privacy rights:
